The highly innovative 150ft / 45.7m Marco Polo was featured by The Yacht Report as one of the year's most significant launches and went on to win the 2008 ShowBoats International award for "Best New Series over 40 Meters".
This rugged, yet stylish Transocean Explorer has been widely noted for its many innovations including single-engine main propulsion, dual-purpose Schottel bow-thruster / secondary propulsion, high quality build, interior design and fit-out from a competitively-priced yard, fuel-efficiency, range and value - all from a yacht with exceptional performance and sea keeping.
Marco Polo has proved to be an efficient, comfortable, ocean going motor yacht. She has many thousands of miles under her keel and was a pleasure to see moored off Monaco Harbour during the 2009 Monaco Yacht Show. A sister design is under construction at Cheoy Lee in Hong Kong.
